After working for many years in the family estate’s business and managing client relationships, Noël Ramonet decided in 2013 to return to his roots: the vineyard. Since then, he has focused entirely on caring for his vineyard plots, sharing his valuable know-how.
For ten years, his grapes were vinified by his brother Jean-Claude Ramonet, ensuring consistent style and quality while respecting the family tradition.
In 2023, the fourth generation joined the story. Michael and Pierre-François Ramonet, Noël’s sons, started a new wine-making project by taking over 2.2 hectares of the estate’s 9 hectares. This is how Domaine Noël Ramonet & Fils was created, with the ambition of highlighting some of the Côte de Beaune’s most prestigious vineyards: Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet.
The new generation combines precision, elegance, and respect for the land. Vinifications are carried out with meticulous care to show the true character of each vineyard plot.
Their wines stand out for their purity, mineral freshness, and their ability to express the terroir. A young but already promising style, deserving its place among Burgundy’s great names.
